We sit too much in today's world which often results in us not getting near enough exercise in our day. As a result of this consistent inactivity we get stiff, sore and tight muscles. This sitting causes all kinds of issues from poor posture, to poor circulation and tightness in muscles all over the body. Even the most active of us can end up with sore and stiff arm muscles from too many hours of sitting, standing and limited movement in our day.
