Welcome to my channel everybody! Next week I will be having spine surgery; specifically a TLIF discectomy with a one-level fusion at L4-5. Oh boy! I will be documenting my progress, beginning with this video which I made two days before surgery. My symptoms are not what most people associate with back issues, so finding videos that I can relate to has been a little difficult for me. I'm hoping that my journey might be of some help to others with the same issues.
