This is day 11 after my TLIF L4-5 spine surgery. It's a lovely spring day and I felt up to taking my first walk outside. I just went around the block and used my walker, but I really was only using it for stability in case I stumbled. I feel great. My back, buttocks, legs and thighs feel just fine which is a first for me in at least two years!
